Chani Nicholas Book Launch
“You were born for this” A book by Chani Nicholas. I presented food to feel full in the belly and the soul. I created urns with curves that represented fullness and female beauty. They were definitely themes for the evening. The urns were filled with very filling food for the guests. It was a full evening all around.
Menu: Alloo (Potato) Samosas, Alloo Tikis (Potato Cutlets with Pakistani Spices), Paneer Parathas (Cottage cheese stuffed flat breads with desi ghee)
